Dreamforce Recap: Our Favorite Moments

Once a year Salesforce brings together industry pioneers and thought leaders for a week of idea sharing and inspiration. From IT administrators and finance personnel to life sciences and marketing, there’s a little something for everyone at Dreamforce. Awash in blue and white, San Francisco was teeming with lanyards, backpacks, and even pedicabs. Women leaders like YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki, former Cisco Strategic Advisor and CTO, CBS This Morning Co-Host Gayle King, and CoderDojo Global CEO Mary Moloney made an impact. There’s no doubt that this year belonged to powerful women. Among all the keynote speeches, new products, spectacular displays, and interactive games, was one significant tradition: giving. This year, #DFGives highlighted global education with their 1 Million Books Drive. They exceeded their goal by donating well over a million books for schools and children all over the world. For us, Dreamforce was an opportunity to learn, catch up with clients, make new connections, and get the latest industry news. We were thrilled when Salesforce announced some heavy-hitting updates: their new event processing engine Thunder, a Microsoft Outlook partnership, and SalesforceIQ—a new CRM for small businesses. Even though we’ve returned to reality, we won’t forget those four fantastic days. So, who’s in for next year? 01 04 07 08 13 Cam09_0001 09 12 11 14   IMG_0884-2 15 IMG_4073 IMG_4109 IMG_4059 16 Photography by Michael Leung
